As a staff accountant at Elliott & Painter, Megan brings a strong background in accounting and a passion for serving others through thoughtful, client-focused financial services. She has valuable experience in auditing, reviews, and compilations, specializing in nonprofit and governmental accounting. She also has extensive experience preparing Form 990s, as well as individual and business tax returns, helping clients navigate complex financial and compliance matters with confidence and care. Megan earned a B.A. in Accounting from Tri-County Technical College and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
Outside of the office, Megan is active in her church community and enjoys life as a gymnastics and ballet mom. In her spare time, she loves gardening, making homemade jams, and canning — hobbies that reflect her appreciation for hard work, tradition, and attention to detail both professionally and personally.
