Rich co-founded Elliott & Painter in 2004 and provides tax planning, business consulting, audit, and other assurance services for professional practices, service-based businesses, and wholesale/distribution companies, as well as nonprofit and local governmental entities.
A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Rich is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA). He holds a B.A. in Finance from Wofford College and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Carolina – Spartanburg.
In his free time, Rich enjoys spending time with family.
