Kem Haselden

Kem provides a wide variety of services for our clients, including payroll, bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and preparation of individual, partnership, and corporate income tax returns. She also handles in-depth research of tax issues and assists clients in preparing responses to IRS tax notices.
Before joining Elliott and Painter, Kem worked as a tax manager for Ernst & Young. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College and a J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Originally from Charleston, Kem has lived in Spartanburg since 1984. She enjoys competitive swimming and baseball and generally cheers for Clemson. She enjoys reading, visiting family in Charleston and Washington, D.C., and preparing and freezing the overabundance of tomatoes from her husband's garden.
